SETU Programme Management Office

A dedicated Programme Management Office (PMO) has been established to coordinate the SETU project, overseen by a PMO Head and two PMO Directors and supported by a team of domain managers, integration leads and co-ordinators.

The role of the PMO is to provide support to the project’s domains and integrated programmes, and to coordinate the wide range of activities across the project including monitoring and reporting on progress, facilitating key SETU projects and initiatives, financial, risk and resource management as well as project and change communication.
