Programme activities are executed via three Functional Domains (each led by a sponsor from WIT and ITC) and three Integrated Programmes. The Programme Management Office provides project management support to each Domain and Programme through project managers, integration leads and co-ordinators.
Each Domain and Integrated Programme is constructed such that defined Working Groups and Projects are aligned to their requisite structures. Each working group and project includes staff from both Institutes with responsibility for operationalising deliverables. Project coordination support is provided from the PMO.
